FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About KP Away and Keratosis Pilaris

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with KP Away, please contact us within 60 days of purchase to receive a full refund.

Do you ship outside of the US?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Where is KP Away produced?

Our products are proudly made in the USA at an FDA-registered lab in Portland, OR.

Can KP Away be used on kids?

Yes! KP Away is safe for children. In fact, I’ve actively used it on my two daughters since they were infants.

Is KP Away good for Eczema?

Absolutely! I currently use KP Away on my daughter’s eczema-prone skin and also recommend it for dry, cracked skin, especially in the winter months when your skin is in need of extra hydration.

Should I continue to scrub or exfoliate my skin in the shower?

When it comes to keratosis pilaris-prone skin, we recommend staying away from all scrubbing. I stopped all exfoliation including in the shower to minimize skin irritation and inflammation. I believe that exfoliation will worsen KP and eczema as well.

Can I use this cream on any part of the body?

Yes, KP Away is safe to use on any part of the body that is prone to keratosis pilaris.

Do you guarantee that my KP will be cured with KP Away?

Absolutely not. We actually do not think there is a cure for KP. If anyone tries to sell you a cure, stay away! Our cream is a new approach to KP, one that you likely have not tried. Our customers have been very happy and if you are not happy, we will always honor a full refund.
